Please read these Terms before using the website or its optional quiz or survey. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
## 1. Website purpose
The website presents Dr. Carole Lieberman’s proposal concerning Trump Derangement Syndrome, related commentary, and an optional quiz or survey.
The proposal reflects the author’s views and proposed framework. Publication on this website does not establish acceptance or endorsement by the American Psychiatric Association or another medical or scientific organization.
References to proposed diagnostic criteria, severity categories, associated features, or treatment approaches should be understood in that context.
## 2. No medical advice or professional relationship
Website content and quiz results are provided for general information and public discussion. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Reading the website, completing the questionnaire, printing results, or contacting us does not by itself create a physician–patient relationship with Dr. Lieberman or another healthcare professional.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, treatment, medication, or other medical concerns. Do not disregard professional advice, delay seeking care, or change treatment because of website content or quiz results.
The website is not an emergency service. Messages are not monitored for urgent medical needs. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
## 3. Quiz and survey use
The quiz or survey is intended for adults age 18 and older and is an optional exercise in self-reflection based on the author’s proposed framework.
A score or result category does not establish that you or another person has a psychiatric disorder. Do not use results to diagnose another person or determine treatment, employment, insurance eligibility, legal capacity, or other consequential matters.
You do not need to provide an email address, create an account, or identify yourself to participate. We do not store your answers or results in a backend database or maintain a backend record of your individual assessment.
You may print or save your results for personal use. You are responsible for protecting those copies, particularly when using shared devices, printers, or storage services. We cannot retrieve, modify, or delete copies you retain yourself.
Our Privacy Policy separately explains technical information associated with website visits and information you voluntarily send us.
## 4. Responsible use
You agree not to use the website to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or unlawfully target another person.
- Submit another person’s private or identifying information without an appropriate legal basis.
